Studio Usage by Semester :

  • Semester 01-04: Maximum 3 hours.
  • Semester 05: Maximum 6 hours.
  • Semester 06: Maximum 9 hours.

Time Slots: Monday – Friday.

  • 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
  • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
  • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Chroma-Key Studio (Green Screen) - Level 4

 

Location: Level 4, College of Creative Arts, Puncak Alam Campus.

Description: Extra-Large chroma-key (green screen) studio suitable for shooting large-scale video production.

Fashion, Beauty & Portraits Studio - Level 2

 

Location: Level 2, College of Creative Arts, Puncak Alam Campus.

Description: Large-size photography studio suitable for shooting large-scale fashion, beauty and portraits.

Fashion, Beauty & Portraits Studio - Level 1

 

Location: Level 1, College of Creative Arts, Puncak Alam Campus.

Description: Medium-size photography studio suitable for shooting small-scale fashion, beauty and portraits.

Products & Still-Life Studio - Level 2

 

Location: Level 2, College of Creative Arts, Puncak Alam Campus.

Description: Large-size photography studio suitable for shooting large-scale products and still-life.

Products & Still-Life Studio - Level 1

 

Location: Level 1, College of Creative Arts, Puncak Alam Campus.

Description: Medium-size photography studio suitable for shooting small-scale products and still-life.

Studio Usage Terms & Coditions (Please read before Booking)

 

BEFORE USING THE STUDIO

  • Make a reservation at least two (2) days in advance.
  • The person who wants to use the studio must make the reservation (not using the name of another person).
  • When you have made a reservation, be sure to arrive early, if you need to cancel your booking, notify the management immediately so the staff in charge can free up the slot.
  • Complete the online booking form with accurate information (no bookings will be allowed without an online registration).

WHILE USING THE STUDIO

  • Handle the equipment properly and in accordance with the approved standard operating procedure (SOP). The use of the equipment should be done responsibly in order to prevent damage.
  • When using the equipment, don't play or joke around.
  • To prevent the backdrop from getting dirty, try to avoid stepping on the surface with dirty shoes.
  • Pay close attention to every instruction from the staff in charge.
  • Report any mishaps and studio-related equipment damage right away to the staff in charge.

AFTER USING THE STUDIO

  • After usage, store or put equipment back where it belongs.
  • Make sure the studio is tidy for the following user.
  • Make sure that no trash of any kind, including water bottles, paper, mounting boards, wood, etc. is left in the studio to keep it as tidy as it was before.
  • Staff in charge have the right to take action against anyone who disregards rules regarding studio usage. The entire batch will be subject to measures such as being prohibited from using the studio on the following days until the issue is fixed.
